2020 Refund Info - Aug. 31, 2020 Deadline
As you know, after careful, diligent consideration and caution for the health of our fans, artists, vendors, and staff - Rockin' the Rivers regretfully announced the delay of this year’s festival. We had been closely watching the County and State’s Covid19 guidelines but due to the continued restrictions of gatherings to 50 people or less, as well as the increased cases of novel coronavirus in our state, we recognized that it was not possible for Rockin' the Rivers 2020 to go ahead as planned.
We typically do not offer refunds on our tickets nor do we normally have to cancel our festival but this is a weird year for everyone so we are making the exception for 2020.
Now we are doing our best to turn this 2020 lemon into 2021 lemonade! How you may ask? We are actively working with the artists from this year’s line up to confirm dates for August 2021. We are also increasing our talent budget for the 2020/21 event and over the next year will be actively seeking out additional artists to bring to our stage! Woohoo!!
We hope that this delay of our 20th anniversary celebration combined with the 2021 festival will produce an even larger and more explosive event. Aside from an increased talent budget, we will be offering opportunities to win upgraded tickets and meet and greets!
So we have 2 options for our 2020 ticket holders:
OPTION 1: Hold onto your 2020 tickets and campsites for next year’s event.
If you choose this option, all you have to do it is put your tickets in a safe place until next August. Your tickets and campsites are secure and you are all set and paid for next year’s Rockin' the Rivers event.
OPTION 2: Request a refund. Must by postmarked by August 31, 2020.
Obviously, we would hope and love it if everyone could join us next summer, August 12-14, 2021 at the Bridge but we know that might not be possible for everyone so you will need to complete the following process to request a refund for your 2020 tickets.
1. You will need gather your physical tickets, campsites, hanging camping pass tags, and order number
2. You will need to mail them back to us using the following address:

PLEASE READ: We will process refund requests from August 15 - August 31, 2020. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase the tickets. There will be a delay in processing your refund if you do not include all the requested items. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate partial refunds. Only tickets purchased through the Rockin' the Rivers website will be refunded. Refunds will be issued to the name that matches the order number. Fees cannot be refunded.
