THE EARLY YEARS
Back in 1999, a bunch of old rockers and cowboys got together in a field for a weekend of music, friends, and friends. A couple years later, in 2001, as the gathering had become an annual event and the number of friends grew year over year, Rockin' the Rivers was born.
